Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Lenten season. It is a day of penitence as we remember our mortality and humble ourselves before God. Christ Church is offering the imposition of ashes at 8:30am with Morning Prayer, 12pm with Holy Eucharist, and a Choral Eucharist with the imposition of ashes at 7pm.

Ashes-to-Go at Christ Church

Can’t make it to a service on Ash Wednesday? Rev. Bowie and Rev. Paul are providing Ashes-to-Go outside the Short Hills Train Station (6-8am) and in the circle drive at Christ Church (8:15-9:30am).
